After post-graduate work in Advertising and Marketing, Sheryl’s career took her from agency work, marketing positions at a major bank group and finally to successfully building a marketing and advertising company in San Diego, which she headed for 25 years. She helped clients for 25 years by recommending and implementing marketing and creative strategies to take them from local to sometimes international levels. She wrote and produced jingles, commercials, advertising collateral and national print magazine ads for her clients.

In addition, Sheryl has won awards for her efforts in volunteerism for several organizations and for her abilities as an artist. She has drawn the plans and helped supervise the building of a home. She also has used her skills as a designer in renovating and creating beautiful spaces for living.

Now she puts those same abilities to work for buyers and sellers of residential real estate, working with them as partners to discover opportunities and create potential for winning solutions. “I use my marketing, advertising and design experience to help buyers visualize the potential behind the homes at the top of their list and to assist sellers in readying their homes so as to leave the best and most marketable impression."

Sheryl joins Bob Chase as partner in CHASE & CHASE Prime Coastal Region Properties. She recently completed Windermere’s Quick Pro Program for new and existing agents wanting to serve their clients in the best manner possible. As an Encinitas resident for more than twenty years, Sheryl is very familiar with the coastal areas from Oceanside to Del Mar. She prides herself in communication, attention to detail and follow-through, traits both sellers and buyers appreciate.
